1. This community does not endorse any form of judgmental, discriminatory, hateful or anti-social behavior within its servers. This includes jokes, remarks or straight up insults towards anyone because of any protected categories.

2. ERCA does not accept / facilitate political or religious based discussions within its servers. This primarily focuses on current political / world events, but may extend to past events dependent on the circumstances of the discussion.

3. ERCA does not allow any form of NSFW content. This includes any content deemed lewd or suggestive. This also extends to content containing gore, such as blood or death in any form. ERCA does not allow promotion of 3rd party sales or services involving money.

4. Harassment of other members for ANY reason is strictly forbidden. If someone asks you to stop something, stop it.

5. Your profile (Display name, username, About Me, Pronouns, etc.) must not be inappropriate, suggestive, offensive or derogatory in any way. Staff reserve the right to ask you to change this if this is the case.

6. Make sure to utilize channels for their correct purposes. Staff hold the permission to re-direct chats to the correct channels where needed.

7. Spam instigating, causing spam, issues or any way to annoy or flood chats is considered instigation and will result in moderation actions.

8. The discussion of recreational substances (i.e. alcoholic beverages, marijuana, cannabis, etc) in the presence of a member under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Repeated discussion may lead to mutes of various length.

9. Purposefully providing new members/players with misinformation regarding BYO or this Discord server may result in a timeout.
