These Terms explain the rules for using RC Flights Club. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

What the service is

RC Flights Club helps RC and simulator pilots coordinate clubs, events, Discord alerts, and supported game sessions.

The service is provided as a community tool. Features may change, break, or be removed over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and password. Do not share your account or game-link token with other people.

You must provide accurate information when using the service. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to a club or event.

Community rules

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• post hateful, sexual, illegal, or unsafe content;
• interfere with the site, game integration, or Discord alerts;
• scrape, attack, reverse engineer, or overload the service;
• use the service to cheat, spam, or bypass club rules;
• post private information about others without permission.

Club owners and moderators may manage memberships, remove users, reject applications, or restrict access where appropriate.

We may suspend or remove accounts, clubs, events, sessions, or content that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Age requirement

This service is not intended for children under 13. Users under the age of majority should use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Game integration

The supported game integration (RC Pilot Trainer) lets the game recognize your account and club memberships. The game may send or receive limited information needed for club sessions, live sessions, password handling, and related features.

You are responsible for using the game integration appropriately. Do not share private session passwords or try to access sessions you are not allowed to join.

The game integration may be changed, disabled, or removed at any time.

Discord features

Discord alerts are optional. You can turn them off in your account settings or through supported Discord commands. Discord is a separate service with its own terms and policies.

User content

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as club descriptions, event descriptions, session names, and application messages. You give RC Flights Club permission to use, display, store, and share that content as needed to operate the service. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Our use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

The service is provided "as is." We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or game version.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RC Flights Club and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost data, lost access, missed events, game issues, or other losses related to use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the community, or misuse the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date above and may show a notice in the app.
