RC Flights Club exists to make it easy for RC and simulator pilots to find each other, organize sessions, and fly together. We want this to stay a place people actually enjoy. These rules are short because they should be obvious — treat this like a flying field, not a social media platform.
Be a good pilot and a good person
Talk to people the way you'd want to be talked to at the flight line. Criticism, disagreement, and banter are fine. Harassment, threats, personal attacks, and targeted hostility are not — and will result in removal.
Hateful content, sexual content, and anything that would embarrass the community in public has no place here.
Clubs are self-governing
Club owners and officers set their own culture, membership requirements, and session rules. Respect them. If a club isn't a good fit, leave — don't fight about it.
As a club member, follow the rules of each club you join. As a club owner, manage your space fairly and don't abuse moderation tools.
Keep your account to yourself
Your account is yours. Don't share your login or your game-link token with anyone. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Use accurate information. Don't impersonate other pilots or misrepresent your affiliation with a club or event.
Game integration — play fair
The RC Pilot Trainer integration is here to make club sessions smoother. Don't use it to cheat, access sessions you weren't invited to, or share private session passwords outside your club. If you find a bug or a way to abuse it, report it — don't exploit it.
Don't break the site
Don't scrape, flood, attack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Don't try to work around rate limits, access controls, or moderation decisions through technical means.
Watch what you post
Club descriptions, event descriptions, session names, and application messages are visible to other users. Don't post personal information about others, and don't paste things you don't have permission to share.
Age
This site is not for anyone under 13. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use it.
What happens when rules are broken
Club moderators handle most issues at the club level. For site-wide violations, we may remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users permanently — depending on severity. Serious or repeated violations will be handled without warning.
